Hi! Your wedding was so pretty, I loved the leaves, too!

Does anyone know the deal with menus at the Swan Club... how does it work, do people order from the menu or do we include the options with the invitation (ie chicken, filet) and then give the #'s to the Swan Club)? Thanks!

Dina...I think I am going to ask them to make me your cake...that is THE BEST Swan Club cake I have ever seen...did you give them a pic??

by the way, I have to say something about the Filet Mignon. The menu says medallions, so I assumed they would be little medallions. what was served was 2 thick slices of the most DELICIOUS filet! I only wish I was hungry enough to finish it. it was SO good!! everyone loved the food.

The cake that they made you is actually more elaborate than the pic you gave...that makes no sense..Maybe if I give them a pic of your cake they will give me the cake in pic that you gave them

I absolutely love your cake and I am def going to show it to them

yup!

there was no choice for the guests for anything other than the main entree. everything on the menu was what DH and I picked about a month before the wedding.

Dleeny: Where did the aisle runner start? Did it start at the first door to get in the pavillion or at the wooden bride?

our CH ended up being in the Pavilion as well (not originally planned that way but we were fine with it) since we had a small wedding, they cut the Pavilion in 1/2 with wooden room dividers. the aisle runner started right after the room divider.

It looks so pretty. I'm going to ask for the room divider. I didn't know that they had one. I was so worried that my guest were going to see the chafing dishes in the same location as the ceremony.

I just booked last week at the Swan Club! I am so excited - my FI's brother and two sisters had their reception there - we are carrying on the family tradition. I have been to two weddings there and they have been fabulous. I can't wait!!

Which room do you have?? I am in the large one, I believe its the Camelot? (the one with the attached ch room).

The only thing I don't like about it is the outdated entrance, but as soon as you walk in, it is perfect!!

are you using any of their vendors?

That is room I am using! I have lots of pics posted in my community album of 2 of our visits there!

The only vendor we are using is Pedestals
