No... I will go there in March to talk to baker (we want red velvet cake and they made it but it came out pink not red at all)...

I also need to look at floor layout for design etc...

So you sent out a final payment but your wedding is in 2012?

We *REALLY* want a red velvet cake...

I did during their wedding give-a-way sweepstakes. It was okay. I had lunch during the summer and I enjoyed the food. Why does the red velvet come out pink?

I'm kind of confused. Did you give them a recipe to follow? If that's the case I'd love for them to bake me a dominican cake. Although, I'm not dominican I love their cakes.

Give it a try!!! See if they can... It never hurts to ask (that is what we do with ALL vendors)

I love Dominican cake as well... My MOH is Dominican... so she was disappointed when she found out the cake at the wedding will not be

I did my invites on Friday and I have to say I was a little annoyed with the Swan Club...their own direction cards give the address as Roslyn Harbor and I called them to clarify and they gave me major attitude and told me its really Glenwood Landing even though their own direction cards read Roslyn Harbor

They do this cause Roslyn Harbor sounds 'classier'. Its bullsh*t, but if the directions get you there, then it shouldnt be a big deal.

My DJ wanted to run a bubble machine and add smoke effects... and they said NO! they don't allow it because the water will damage the floor.

But they told me that I should absolutely write Glenwood Landing on the invites..it was just obnoxious
