Are you using chair covers for the ceremony or reception? I like the chairs in my reception room (Garden Room) but not so much in the ceremony room.
I have the garden room too and we got the chair covers. It cost an arm and a leg. Our BM said that we could only get it through the Swan Club.
Really
I got mine from a vendor who custom makes them. Her prices were great, I believe I paid about 3 a chair. here is a picture, I also got the statin overlay for the tables to match EXCUSE MY BOW TIEING, I picked up the samples from her to she how it would look

Re: ALL Swan Club Brides
Booked the Camelot Room for June 2, 2007 @ 7 pm! Went to the 'showcase' they had last week. Made an appointment with 'Pedestals' only because if you made an appt. that night, and eventually booked your flowers with them they gave a $100 credit. I figured that $100 is $100 and any money that my FH and I can save is GREAT ! ! ! I talked to the lady from Glenmar about pictures and video, and they had a good package if you are getting married there, but I want to look around at other places before I sign a contract. I asked her about a 3rd parents book because my parents are divorced and she said that it would be $300 ! ! I thought that was a bit much.I liked the cocktail hour food that they had, and enjoyed the cake that they served. A friend's sister got married there in August 05 and he said that the food for dinner was GREAT.
They gave us the vienese table and cordals with our price (we chose the basic menu though) And . . .about an hour after we signed the contract, Jordana, the BM called me and told me that they were also going to give us a hotel room on our wedding night at the Roslyn Claremont ! !

Does the room you have dictate which bridal suite your going to get the day of?
Actually, this is incorrect information. I spoke with Paul about a month ago about this exact topic (Banquet Manager for the Camelot Room- he's a sweetheart btw).
There are 3 bridal suites and the largest room is assigned to the largest bridal suite. Unless you are booked while NO OTHER weddings are taking place, you do not have a choice in bridal suite. I am booked in the Garden Room and therefore, the assigned bridal suite is #2. (medium sized and with a small bathroom) The Camelot Room is assigned Bridal Suite #1 (definately the biggest and best suite with the large bathroom). The Contessa Room is assigned #3 (medium sized with no bathroom). Paul told me the only way to get a better suite is to hope that no other bride is booked on your day or night and then maybe you can request an upgrade of suite.

I asked to see the bridal suite at swan club and Jordana showed me the one at the end of the hall.
I know my FH's sister had Camelot room and that was her bridal suite as well.

Re: ALL Swan Club Brides
I was referring to the one at the Swan Club. As far as the room at the Claremont, I was told it would be a suite but they don't know yet. A liweddings bride is going to have her wedding there the same day I get married.

I'm still deciding on whether or not to get a personalized aisle runner.

When are you going for your final menu apt? I will be away the first two weeks in April, I hope they will let me do it at the end of March!
