i loved the vyc the first minute we bothed stepped in and mind you we were looking for months places and still had a few in mind but when we seen this place then there was no doubt for looking any further-- and yes we have guilio -- the best--- we also booked Pedestals florist and has Robert as our guy--- he is the best - gave us the best deal out of others we looked and he just overtop my vision as you can check it out in my album!!!

Your FH is Rocco also...that's awesome to see another one cause I only know 2 and that's FH and his father!

I am going friday for my tasting and will give you my review. I have Bill as BM and he is great.

Bill is the only person I have yet to meet there!

so today is Friday and my tasting is Tonight. I am so excited

I will bring a book and write down what I really like. I will write my review maybe over the weekend or on Monday.

So the food was amazing, the salmon was excellent. The chicken was great and so was the file mignon. Everything was excellent. It is such a beautiful place. We added the caviar and the VH and Chocolate fountain. Bill is the best. Girls you absolutely have nothing to worry about the food and place is amazing. they got ride of the arch and cant wait to see pics. Bill said they will have like a square type, I do not know the name its called . I cant wait. I can know design it differently. I did not like the arch anyway.

It was truly amazing. I have to call the bakery and work on my cake next. I cant believe it 6 months from now. It will truly be an amazing day.

yes and they are still doing renovations. I am having my ceremony outside if no rain and they removed the arch and are adding something more like a chuptah or whatever it is called. I cant wait. They are adding new chandeliers in the downstairs room. They redid the fence outside and are adding a cover for outside the small CH just incase it rains. It really is gorgeous Karen and the food is the best I have eaten at a wedding by-far.

By any chance did you try the Sea Bass??

I have an appointment with Audrey's Bakery on Saturday to pick out the cake and go over the Groom's cake for the RD.

Good call on the CF at the VH..that was a must have when we booked. Our families 'talk' if you don't have a VH..I feel like saying well then you pay for it

We got the seafood boat for the CH but I think we might get the Italian Salumeria station too. Not sure if we can swing that though. Less than three month til the ginuea pig of our group takes the plunge

Brit, the seafood boat was the first thing we added. I have to call audreys and make an appt to go over the cake an grooms cake. I want a cake tasting. I did not try the sea bass just the salmon which was excellent.

The VH is a must for me and my familt also but all these extras
