What 2 carving stations
What 4 entrees did u choose??

we are discussing it now and wanted to know what others are doing

2 carving: London broil & the virginia ham

8 trays:
Eggplant
shrimp scampi
sausage & peppers
chicken marsala
mussels marinara
seafood paella
keilbasa & sauerkraut (b/c my family is polish)

Last dish maybe beef & broccoli or hawaiian chicken

Dinners:
Chateaubriand
Chicken cordon bleu
Chilean Sea Bass
Salmon or Jumbo Shrimp

This is a possibility but i am sure it will change we change our mind every 10 secs

8 trays
fried calamari
eggplant rollatini

Hawaiian Chix
Beef and Broccoli Teriaki
Scrimp Scampi
Chicken Marsala
and the last we are sure if we are doing pepper steak of petite stuffed cabbage

What is seafood paelle? or chicken piccata?

The carving: London Broil and Pork

Entrees

Chicken Cordon Blue
Stuffed Veal Chop
Filet Mignon or the Prime Rib
Shrimp or the Sea Bass

Or I dunno if we should knix the veal and put another seafood...me and the FH hate seafood but that doesnt mean others hate it too ya know

I am not sure what to do! UGH

ok.. here are mine( i think)
8 trays:
chicken marsala
fried calamari
chicken teriyaki
pepper steak
hawaiian chicken
sausage and peppers
shrimp scampi
eggplant rollatini

carving station:
london broil
honey glazed ham

entrees:
chicken cordon blue
chateau briand
stuffed jumbo shrimp
chilean sea baass ( or maybe the salmon)

I don't remember what we picked for CH, but our menu is a choice of:

Chateaubriand
Jumbo Shrimps
Chicken Francaise
Salmon

We didn't try the chix francaise at the tasting, but it must be good right?!

Can't wait to see pics of the finished chapel.

We did our cake with Nick, he had a book and we chose from it and told him what filling we wanted. Do you think we should go to Black Forest and meet with them???

Just wanted to know if you guys are bustling your dress for the cocktail hour outside, or will you just hold your dress (wrist thing) until you are announced?

I'm planning on bustling my dress right after the CH and before our first dance... i think. We'll see how the night goes!!!

I just met with Nick & finalized our menu and he said he spoke w/ Black Forest & they prefer b&g go down & meet with him directly which is fine.

Got our direction cards & the table layout.

And as promised here are pics of the finished chapel. It looks amazing & is very bright....

Sounds like they have a few surprises planned to w/ the chapel but Nick wasn't talking...
