We went to CLM tonight to do our final menu with Nick! He is just so awesome. He gave us a little tour...

CH room: should be done in 3 weeks. Blue lights around the room are gone and the ones on the ceiling should be gone soon. New carpet will be put in too. I forgot how big that room is!!

Bridal suite: it's gorgeous! There is a big table with chairs and a couch and the bathroom is huge.

Chapel: it's going to be sooo nice. Right now there are basically just walls up, but he said it should be done soon. Still needs to be painted, carpet put in, etc but it's huge and so nice! I'm so happy that there is somewhere beautiful to get married IF it rains (which it won't, right?).

The railings and new carpet on the main stairs looks great too!

We got our seating chart, went over payments and stuff, chose are menu and cake, etc. I just love it there and Nick is just amazing... I can't wait... 79 days!

Oh and we decided to get the chocolate fountain!!!

THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE UPDATE! Can't wait to get over there & see it all!!!

We are contemplating getting the fountain but money is tight...

Did they give you a better deal on the cost?

Can't wait to do our menu & cake selection!!

Any new pics of the CH room???

Im so excited for the renovations to be underway. i was there not to long ago... and the CH room is coming along.... Hope to see more soon! Where is everyone going to take pictures before you arrive at CLM???? i need ideas

Thanks so much for the update especially that the CH room will be done in 3 weeks. I was getting nervous- hoping that it would be done in time for my wedding.

Yes, everything is coming along and is going to look amazing!

We're taking pics before our ceremony at the beach/boardwalk in Long Beach and then to some gardens (the arboretum maybe...sp?) that my photog suggested. So we'll have 2 different spots for pics, then some at CLM on the dock after the ceremony. HOPEFULLY it's a nice day, if it's raining we're going to old westbury gardens for indoor pics.

i was told about venetian shores? Im coming from northport, we are going to take picture there, but we have plenty of time for another place, church is at 1 30 and CH is at 6

I went there on Sat and the CH Room is beautiful. I am so happy it will be ready for my wedding.

FH and I went and checked out Venetian Shores. It is very pretty. Nice background with the water and the bridges. That is where we are going if we have time. Otherwise the pier right next store is good.

Girls that booked the Best Western Bar Harbor what type of deal did you get on block of rooms? Did you get your suite comped or price lowered? Thanks.

I did the best western in Massapequa..is that what you meant. I blocked it off and the lower price expires a month b4 my wedding

Is there a fee for old westbury gardens?? i havent looked into it, but it is by my church.. they have an indoor spot???

hi girls.. im 4 months away - does CLM call me soon for menu and final details so should i call/email them.. just wondering..

about pics - my limo (cruise control) gave me a park on the way to CLM off the southern state - they said it isnt argyle.. its on a side street.. i will call and get the name..
