I am using all house vendors, Tommy Tunes, Burtons, Gary Leli so i did not have to provide any insurance information. Also- if you use house vendors the TC will feed them and you don' t have to pay for it.

Burton's is a house vendor for them? I'm using them too and didn't know they were a house vendor there.

I'm not sure about burtons but i had my final arragement appt and they question it? and I didn't provide them with anything extra for burtons

Thanks! Does anyone know how the price per head changes if you increase your minimum amount of guests?

I was just looking at their vendor list and Burtons isnt on there Might want to double check so they dont charge you day of

also according to my little price sheet if you raise your minimum the price goes down a little (1-3 dollars) , I am guessing that is the same for everyone.

sounds good--I never got a price sheet just a contact with my actual min and price

oh, we got a sheet giving us different prices for 3 diff dates...and we were unsure of our minimum so we were given the difference between 3 minimums for those specific date. But we went in without a 'date' picked out, only a specific month so thats probably why. Seems like (but I dont know how it is really figured out) for every 20-30 more peeps you add to your minimum your price goes down 2-3 bucks. Dont know if you can change your minimum though after you sign... that would be great if you can!

My mom keeps saying, We should ask for them to throw stuff in if we hit 200 (we gaurnteed 175) I keep telling her they're not going to, but I guess we shall see!

It would be nice if I could up the min and have the price reflect that or maybe get a fun dessert or something! lol

They dont require insurance for florists.

Let me know if anyone asks about increasing their min. and gets a price decrease. I would like to do this but the wedding is 3 1/2 months away so im afriad to ask!
