Re: Thatched cottage thread
me too! One of these days I should call and ask again if anyone else is going to be there... FH said It kinda sounded like its more to showcase the DJ and then the dj asks other vendors to come if they want... like thatched lets them use the place but they dont have too much to do with it (well I am sure they do but like its more to show case the vendors) I honestly don't remember much from when I asked I was in a daze lol.

Im soooooooooooooooooooo HAPPY for you!!
I am using Gary Leli and his prices are very reasonable. I am going to get unlimited photos of the day and he will provide me with unlimited amount of printed proofs after the wedding. I did not choose to create an album right away which cut the cost tremendously.
Here is his info: http://leliphotography.com/
FM me if you want more details
Thank you!!!
I made a appointment to meet with him monday since the quote he gave me though emails seemed very reasonable. Just wondering do you know if he offers a hi-res CD of your pics? thats one of the main things i want... not sure If I will find it with my price range

I hope they have food! I haven't been back to see the inside since we signed our contract - I really want to go back and see it again.

Re: Thatched cottage thread
Ok ladies, I have a question about something that may have been discussed and that I should probably know the answer to, but I will ask anyway. Does anyone know if TC provides bathroom baskets? Is anyone making them? Thanks!

You know - I have no idea! This is just another example of how I'm bad bride!I don't think I'm going to make them if they don't provide them.

Yes they provide them! I actually asked about that in my meeting figured that would save some $. Was told they provide just the basics for the ladies room.
Was originally make my own just so I could put cool stuff in it, but then I was thinking if there could possibly be another smaller party in the other room, (there can be another small party just not another wedding) I dont want to be supplying someone elses party with stuff! So we are just using what they supply.

Re: Thatched cottage thread
Its funny, I want to do more than just make a basket for the bathroom, I want to paint the walls and re-decorate.... Its the ONLY thing in the entire place that I dont really like... so I kind of just want to ignore it and not make anything! I was hoping they were going to re-do it but it doesnt look like it!

Hello.... I never really post on here but I am also getting married at the Thatched Cottage. I was recently there and saw the tree centerpieces. I'll try to post a pic for you all to see. Just curious what everyone thinks of them.

I LOVE THEM! This is only confusing me, though! We were never offered these centerpieces and already set up something really nice with our florist, but these centerpieces go perfectly with our nature theme! They practically match our favors and invitations! Help, ladies! Should I just pretend I never saw them?

Re: Thatched cottage thread
I would save the money- cancel your flower arrangements and use these!! They are really pretty and will look even prettier with the candles lit.
