We're having the zap shots too... our DJ reccomended getting only 1 plasma because of the space where the DJ sets up, he said that in order to fit two screens one will have to be set in front of the wall next to the space- kind of in a weird position- we decided to only get one screen and it will save us some money

I am excited and nervous!! I cant wait! I just had my second hair/makeup trial - I posted pics on the '09 boards!

I have programs left as far as DIYs and that is it!! I cant believe its almost here!!

Dont worry I will post a mini review here - and some pics as soon as I can - prob when I get back from Vegas!

Did you have your final meeting at TC yet? How did that go? I heard their addon lists are pretty extensive!

I didnt add anything on. We are already paying enough and getting a ton for it. I dont think there is time/room for anything added. We did add Heineken as a beer because my DH must have it. We did the ice cream bar instead of the pastries.

I have a ton of stuff to bring there the Monday before the wedding. I have to start labeling the boxes and putting everything together so that things for the ceremony are all together, for the cocktail hour all together, etc.

So, the TC makes you bring everything in the monday before and not the day before? I guess thats better. I am so excited that yours is coming up!! Can't wait to hear all about it

Well my favors are cookies - so I am actually not bringing them the Monday before. They make you bring it whenever you have your final final meeting with them.

As for what I am specifically bringing myself:

6) Floor Plan Filled Out
7) Alphabetized Guest List
8) Place Cards [in alphabetical order per TC request]
9) CD's in basket for Guest's Digital Photos

11) Aisle Runner [I DIYed my own]
12) Programs [DIY]
13) Centerpieces [DIY votives with monograms]
14) A bunch of ceremony stuff
15) Photo Frames of our Father's along with a poem


And a bunch of other stuff...I cant remember right now....

So how is everyone doing? there hasnt been a post in a while...just thought I would check in and say hi!

doing well. Picked and ordered BM dresses last night. Went with the color 'mink' which is a really rich deep brown. My sisters were both measured and ordered their dresses. Now I'm just waiting to hear from FSIL (who lives in FL) as to whether or not she's going to try to get the dress down there or send her measurements up here.

Speaking of which, I know there's been talk of the linens at TC - but does anyone know what colors they come in? Now that I actually have a color scheme (going with the whole fall color palette), it opens up a whole new world.

I have my final meeting in a few weeks. Am i supposed to have anything prepared before i go in like the menu and cake or will they just go over it with me there? Im so nervous- time is flying by;)
