Peppermint Bark!!
Peppermint Bark Tutorial:
1) Melt red chocolate in the microwave on half power in 30 second increments until smooth. Pour onto wax paper and spread out as uniformly as possible. Complete next step while chocolate hardens
2) Unwrap and crush candy canes into little bits.
3) Melt white chocolate the same as above. Pour over (hardened) red chocolate and smooth evenly.
4) While white chocolate is still melted, sprinkle crushed candy canes onto white chocolate layer. Allow to harden completely.
5) Break up chocolate bark into bite sized pieces. Enjoy!
