Choosing the Best Music Processionals!
Aug 01, 2013 01:13 AM Back
For some of us, the most beautiful music to our ears and for the bride's Processional is a traditional selection or the also traditional soft, pretty classical 'Canon in D' and to others an upbeat song such as 'Here Comes the Sun' by the Beatles or a super charged dark dramatic style rock song such as 'Never Tear us Apart' by INXS works better as a Processional.
We've seen a gamut of tastes and requests regarding selections that work best and for me it is very personal ..individual preference and what really highlights or suits you best.
Try holding a mock ceremony at home and play your possible favorite(s)song(s) to see how they make you feel. Also you can think about the image or feeling/vibe you want to have when you make your entrance. For some bride's it is simple elegant, beauty and for others it is a dramatic, romantic effect or vibe sought.
We've also seen bride's who just want to kind of skip down the aisle and will request songs that are upbeat and happy and that don't have any sad, poignant, or bittersweet content.
Here are some ideas for you which are a list of the selections we have played recently as Processionals.
There is an * next to songs we do not play oftern or have played for people most recently and which were a bit different.
