Bi-lingual ceremonies

One of the things that I love about Long Island is the diversity of culture, language, ideas and let's not forget the food. I often see posts looking for bi-lingual officiants. Spanish, Italian, French, Greek, Cantonese, Mandarin.... you name it, there's someone here looking for it! However the right person who speaks both languages you are looking for is not always easy to find.
So what are the options?
(Personally I believe that balance is the key. )
I have had my ceremonies translated section by section and done in their entirety in 2 languages.
I have had couples choose to do personal vows in their own language as well as have a reading or two by friends and family members.
If writing your own vows is not for you, with a little practice, any competent officiant competent can do the traditional repeat after me and pronouncement of marriage in most languages reasonably.
I have worked with a second officiant, with translators and with friends and family. All it takes is a shared desire to make your day perfect!
So go ahead and think out of the box, remembering that it isn't a matter of yes or no with most things..... it's just a matter of how
