My Big Fat Tuscan Wedding: Italian Inspired Wedding Style When You Can’t Fly To Italy

- Crowning Glory: Say goodbye to the traditional brides veil and opt instead for a crown of flowers or olive branches and rosemary and other herbs and branches.
- Herb and olive branch inspired bouquet: Italy (especially Tuscany) in work renowned for it’s olive products. Pay homage to this region by having your florist create an ethereal, whimsical, nature-inspired bouquet made of olive branches and herbs. Consider adding some colorful season blooms for a pop of color.
- Raise The Bar On Your Food Bar: Consider a gourmet olive, olive oil, wine and cheese bar. And, don’t forget the grapes and figs as essential accoutrements. Plus, you’ll want to put out plenty of bread (slices) for dipping.
- Bruschetta Station: This is an authentic Italian staple. Consider consulting with your caterer and setting up a culinary crowd pleasure with a gourmet make your own bruschetta bar.
