Big Company vs. Small Company

So I have read recently about a growing problem with larger companies and not just florist but all other types of vendors as well.
Sales people....sales people work for a large company and why do large companies have sales people. It's because company is to busy to have the owner be meeting with every cleint. So what happens you meet with a salers person, they sell you the most beautiful wedding flower idea and then 6 months later that sales person no longer works there.
Does your vision with that company now have to be recreated?
Was that sales person actually going to have infulence over your flowers in the first place or are they just a sales person?
The reason I ask this question, is I always get the question, will you be supervising my flowers and the answer is yes!!
I have also been hearing lately that I met with so and so at ABC florist and he is no longer there.
That does not happen at Bella FLowers becasue you are meeting with the owner here!!
Bella Flowers is a smaller operation with competive prices but we offer personal service. I meet with about 100% of all our cleints from start to finish and I like it that way. I know what my client needs and wants are and I am able to fullf fill them.
Keep this in mind when booking your floral appointments!!
