What is the latest way to bring you family and friends together as one community? Why Facebook of course! While many couples still make a wedding web site others have found Facebook to be a wonderful addition or alternative.
Family and friends can share their excitement leading up to day and feel more connected by sharing all those little moments they might otherwise never see.
They can also get to know one another from afar, making mixing and mingling of the families more comfortable on the wedding day.
You can make a fan page and invite your guests or Facebook now has apps designed especially for weddings. Facebook Wedding Book seems to be the most popular at the moment.
When I was a kid we had a draw full of undeveloped film. We had NO idea when or where they were from and I suspect that they may still all be in that very same draw. With Social media we all have access to photos and comments in the blink of an eye! And those well wishes will always be there in cyberspace to revisit.
Enough of my ramblings for one day!
