How To Prepare for a Photoshoot!
Many of my clients eat very little prior to their photoshoot because they don't want to look and feel bloated. That means they run out of steam and get tired too quickly during the shoot! I often suggest drinking a smoothie while on the way to see me. It will give you more energy during the shoot and hydrate you, making your skin look fresh and ready for the camera. Here is a quick & delicious recipe:
