WEDDING TIP: YOUR ENTERTAINMENT DIRECTOR
At your reception, you should have the ability to enjoy every moment without worry about every little detail during your reception. The only way you can be sure you are able to do this is by
knowing that your DJ has properly prepared and communicated the agenda with your other vendors.
Your DJ should act as your 'Entertainment Director' for the entire reception.
One thing that most people overlook is the fact that the DJ is responsible for over 80% of the success of your reception. It is a huge responsibility that cannot be left in the hands of an amateur.
Your DJ should work hand in hand with your ideas, offer his expertise, and create an agenda for a smooth reception. Once the agenda is
created, your DJ should communicate with your caterer, photographer, and videographer to assure everyone is on the same page.
